The Deal Analyser, Stamp Duty Calculator, and any other tool on this site produce estimates only. They are not a substitute for professional advice or formal valuations. We are not liable for decisions you make based on calculator outputs.
4. Engaging us as your buyers agent
If you decide to engage Coppick Property Advisory as your buyers agent, the relationship is governed by a separate written Engagement Letter that you sign with us, not by these website terms. Until that letter is signed, we are not acting for you.
